If you turn off cookies, you may still access the Blueticks.com site and learn about the product, but using the Blueticks Chrome extension requires cookies in order to connect with your Gmail account.
Depending on the scope of your interactions with Blueticks, your personal information may be stored in or accessed from multiple countries, including the United States. Whenever we transfer personal information to other jurisdictions, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information except in accordance with this policy. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Blueticks processes personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organization, unless required to do so by Union or Member State law to which the processor is subject; in such a case, the processor shall inform the controller of that legal requirement before processing, unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest;
Blueticks ensures that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality;
Blueticks takes Technical and Organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR
Blueticks respects the conditions referred to in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 28.3 of the GDPR for engaging another processor;

Blueticks assists the controller in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the processor;
Blueticks will, at the choice of the controller, which should be exercised via the Service or by emailing the choice to [email protected], delete or return all the personal data to the controller after the end of the provision of services relating to processing, and will delete existing copies unless Union or Member State law requires storage of the personal data;
Blueticks will make available to the controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations laid down in Article 28.3 of the GDPR and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the controller or another auditor mandated by the controller.
